Geoff Bracken, Vice President, joined Capital Retail Properties in 2011 and is currently responsible for the leasing efforts of more than 2 million square feet of retail space for local, regional and institutional landlords. Geoff also handles tenant representation for various local and national retailers and medical uses.
Prior to Capital Retail, Bracken spent 9 years in the Oil Services industry working for Baker Hughes in various capacities.

Education
Geoff received his BBA in Finance, with a specialization in International Business from Texas A&M University.
